James Woodward

When did you join TCM? June 15, 2015, was my first day at TCM

What is the most rewarding part of your job? Working with different people and being able to make a positive difference in our community is very rewarding. Seeing the different projects we have constructed in this area gives a sense of pride

Describe your typical day at TCM. As a Project Manager, I would describe my typical day as BUSY! My phone starts ringing at 7:00 a.m. each morning, and I spend the rest of my day dealing with challenges and developing the right solution for each challenge. My current projects include the new campus for the Siloam Springs First Assembly of God and the Phi Mu sorority house on the University of Arkansas campus

Where did you attend high school and/or college? I attended high school at Springdale High School and later attended the Northwest Arkansas Community College and the Northwest Arkansas Technical Institute

What are your hobbies? Anything outdoors, especially hiking, fishing, and hunting

What is something people would be surprised to learn about you?  I really enjoy reading “how-to” books and learning how to do new things for myself

What makes TCM the best specialty contractor in this region of the United States? I really believe TCM is unique in how we always strive to meet the needs of our customers and our level of commitment to do high-quality work. I also think our ability to provide multiple services and our record of doing niche and “first of” type projects sets us apart
